Services include: crisis intervention, safety planning, support groups, peer counseling, shelter, women's economic program, community resources & information, financial assistance, legal advocasy, and the East Texas Crisis Center HEART (help end abusive relationship tendencies) Support Group in Winnsboro held every Tuesday from 1-2pm.
